Job Title: Telecaller—Outbound Sales

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in telesales to join our outbound sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for driving sales and assisting customers in their journey.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales (B2C background preferred).
- Languages:
- Proficiency in English + Hindi, OR
- English + Hindi along with one of the following: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
Salary Details:
- Standard Candidates: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 in hand (based on last drawn salary).
- Linguistic Candidates: Up to ₹35,000 in hand (based on last drawn salary).
Additional Details:
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off per week.
- Age Limit: 24 to 37 years.
