Job Description – Pre Sales Executive (Inbound Sales)
We are looking for a dynamic Pre Sales Executive – Inbound Sales who can handle qualified inbound leads, understand customer needs, and convert enquiries into successful sales. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and goal-driven professionals looking to build a strong career in sales, pre-sales, and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and warm enquiries from interested customers
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Close sales efficiently without cold calling pressure
- Explain company services clearly with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain accurate CRM / customer records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the recruitment and HR team when required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Basic understanding of sales process & lead conversion
- Ability to work under performance targets
- Knowledge of inbound sales, warm calling, and pre-sales is a plus
- Familiarity with BPO recruitment, HR services, or outbound marketing is an advantage
